Who we are
We’re the Kanaman family—Ky, Nicole, our daughter Mackey, and our son Kit. Our farm is more than just a place to grow food; it’s the heart of the lifestyle we’ve always dreamed of. Rooted in family values, we believe in knowing where our food comes from and taking an active role in living a healthy and happy life.
We are all about building a bigger table, not a bigger fence, and we’re always looking for ways to give back to our community. Our farm is a genuine family effort, shared with Pops, L, Uncle Kourie, and Uncle Keaton who all help make this place as special as it is. From growing fruits and vegetables to raising livestock for you, please let us know if there is any way we can help you live your dream.

What we are currently doing
Here is some of what we are currently doing! However, we are likely dabbling in other areas, just not yet listed. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, it doesn’t mean we aren’t willing or able. Check out our services page for more information or reach out and we’d be happy to work with you if we can.
Livestock - We are currently raising chickens, turkeys, quail, goats, pigs, sheep, rabbits, and horses (although this one is really just for our daughter). Plus lots of eggs (chicken, turkey, quail).
Plants - We are growing lots! With two greenhouse spaces, over 20 raised beds, and a garden plot (with room to expand), we are able to accomplish quite a bit. From starter plants to foods ready to eat, our current focus is on growing the kitchen basics that excel here in Kansas (think potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and many more), but that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t branch out for you!
Behavior Training/Rehoming - We have a few rescue animals on our farm, and occasionally, we accept new animals in need of a new home or assistance with challenging behavior or animal training. Unfortunately, we can’t always help out here, but feel free to reach out if you need assistance. We will do what we can.
Shop - Explore our shop to find some of the items we use and love here at the farm! From handcrafted kitchen essentials and home goods to our own farm equipment solutions, every product is made right here on our farm and comes with our personal stamp of approval. Whether it’s something we use daily or food we proudly consume, we have to love it first—because if it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.
